my grandma just passed on october 10th i dont know why because i know its for a lover but this song has helped me, the part where you sing “ i cant keep you safe but i can keep you warm” makes me cry because no i could not save my grandma as it was her time but i could offer her a blanket and make sure she was warm and stayed with her till she passed so when singing this it reminds me that i rode the storm for her i kept her warm and stayed with her. thank you for reading.
