Full Range Baritone Singing Warm Up
SUBSCRIBE
kzbin.info_cente...
Title says it all. A progressive full range warm up for baritone range singers. Starts easy enough with some gentle descending scales, quickly moves on to smooth and somewhat faster arpeggio/scale combos. Finishes up with some lip trill, range development exercises and pure vowel exercises in the upper register.
Enjoy!

Mä voin vastata suomeksi, nimimerkin perusteella. Perinteinen Baritonin ääniala on G2-G4.

This is fabulous. I am going to share it with my son. He is not currently taking voice lessons. He sang bass all through high school then his voice teacher was sure he was a tenor and tried to groom him in that direction. Although he has the range, the richness of the baritone is so beautiful. He also did some musical theater which aimed more at the tenor as well. He said it hurt his voice to stay up there all the time. He will like this.

Jeff, I want to thank you for providing warm-up exercises on your TY channel. I sang along to them five days a week for 14 months and they have worked tremendously for me. I started with this baritone video, followed by the baritenor video and eventually the tenor range video. My range, pitch and vowel modifications improved dramatically. To others learning to sing. Before Jeff's videos, my technique and range were so bad I could not make it through a rehearsal with my band without losing my voice. Now I can leave rehearsal or a gig with my voice feeling great! These exercises work.

Awesome! Thank you so much for watching and thank you again for sharing! I'm glad you like the warm up! Here's a handy playlist for baritone warm ups: kzbin.info/aero/PL2mQP7sE6PHi79SBAYXfILPTxop03CV2J There are playlists for tenors, altos, mezzos and sopranos too! Best, Jeff

This is amazing. Thank you so much for this. I've been trying to find a good baritone warm up (since tenor doesn't fix my voice anymore) video. Thank you. This helped me a lot

I am going in for an audition in 2 hours. I lost my vocal warmup material some time ago. I can't believe it took me this long to realize, "Duh! there's probably something on KZbin." And there you were, with a 20-minute warmup just waiting for me to work. Thanks. Sadly, I lost my ability to lip trill, so that is actually a major working point I'll have to get on. Thanks again!

Such an amazing warm up! I'm not a singer, just an actor who can carry a tune, but I love using this on the way to every audition. Thank you so much for your work and for sharing!

Jeff the last part of this video has been pure magic for me. After practising it for a while I realized that going trough the "passagio" is an act of giving. One part of the voice (one group of muscles) gives something to the other part of the voice (another group of muscles). It requieres confidence/trust and courage, from both groups. I had read the theory, but know I have experienced it and it was fantastic. Thanks!
