Balance. You have to balance the upward air pressure with the closure of the vocal folds. When they are balanced, the vibrato will emerge. You don't have to do anything extra.

I love singing and ive improved my voice greatly since i been practicing with you. The one thi g that drives me nuts is i can not lip trill. I mean if you were to pay me a million dollars i still could not do it. Any suggestions?
