Great video, Jeff! Thanks as always :D I think for students with minimal work experience, talking about about how we handle remote/hybrid classes would be a good start :3

I have a phone interview tomorrow and finished your playlist in 2 days. Excited to get this new job and it’s remote. For my current job, I was asked a variation of “what self are strategies do I draw on to maintain well-being?” Thank you for your videos. Will be going through the other playlists soon.

Love your posts, Jeff. I have a question. Is there a best practice to be able to prepare questions? For example, is it looked down on if I write some of my questions down or should I memorize my questions ? Thanks
@JeffSu2 жыл бұрын
It's best to practice your answers fully beforehand using the methods I mentioned, and be as natural as possible during the interviews (i.e. don't regurgitate answers you've clearly memorized)

Good question. I heard someone mention bringing their brag book to an interview and I was wondering if I should write out some key stories or at least the bullet points.

While finding those answers very smart and structured, I think we would hardly ask any of these questions to our job candidates 😅 We hire engineers for industrial research projects and remote/hybrid working would only be a casual opening question or ending question, just to make sure the candidate is not against going to the office 🤣
