Orangin makes the most advances when they're in a scrum, or a big pile up. Contact seems to bring them to life. That's why the first qualifying runs are rough but they get their feet under them later

Turn 11 is the most important turn. If you slam against the wall instead of taking an outside line it's impossible to get that momentum back. That's exactly what happened to Billy.

With Speeders not making Q2 it was a great chance for the Hazers but sadly they fumbled it. Hopefully Cloudy has a great showing. Kinda skeptical about letting Misty do the last race given his stats. If Momo, Primary, or O`rangers take first place here, they'd be within shooting distance. Kobalts as well, though finishing in tenth means it will be more of a struggle for them.

Orangin really pushed for it in the shootout, but just couldn't land that overtake into the podium positions... a little bit of contact in T14 and 15 took him out of the running for it at the end of the second lap. It's a shame, but P4 is nothing to sneeze at!

Blue Eye absolutely nailed the exit from the accelerated hairpin every time, and having that perfected when no one else did was enough to earn pole all by itself. While I have high hopes for the main race, I'm sure many marbles and coaches will be studying the tape intently to duplicate Blue Eye's line. I just don't know if the Cat's Eye's edge will hold after everyone has had a chance to digest the quals, but proud of Blue Eye for giving it *everything* in their last race of the season.

I feel like the bumblebees merging with the hornets was the worst decision they ever made.

The integration of the Hornets members with the Bumblebees team did bring then sone results in the Marble League. In Marble League 2022, despite a mid-table finish in 9th, the team managed to bring in three bronze medals, and Stinger and Hive were involved in some way in all of them. Not only that, they also become so relevant that they got the hosting bid for ML2023, which is probably what they’re looking towards.

A skeptical congrats to Blue Eye as it seems many of my fellow CCE fans are quick to forget some of the truly abysmal performances Blue Eye gave us this season. Others have pointed out that Blue Eye shined in the accelerator and the hairpin that the racers are spat into; but in the the Q1 time heat and the three lap Q2, he actually fared best in the first section, skillfully racing fast and just cold-cocking Momo out of the way to retake the lead he only briefly had lost. Unfortunately, I have seared into my retinas images of Blue Eye taking a leisurely pace while seeming quite at home in 19th or 20th place in his prior outings. One can till hope that a little CCE tradition for excellence may finally have worm off on to him, or that Red Eye gave him a "Best Of" reel and made him study and learn it. Good luck, Blue Eye, we'll be watching!!!
