While not coming out on top, Limelime came to race, putting up some good points on the board for his team, finishing in an astounding and well-earned P4. Runner Up: Starry had a good day as well. She ran an impressive race, starting near the back and struggling to move up through the back pack through most of the race. She managed to break through however, finishing the day with a solid 8th place. (Statistically) Worst Race: Hazy, unfortunately, seemed to find the track not in her favor today, and continuously had difficulty in maintaining good form throughout the race, finishing in 11th. Runner Up: Hive, also, had a bad day. No doubt the stamina required of this race reached him and he just couldn’t keep step with the other racers, and fell continuously down the standings, finishing in a measly 14th. Third Place: Rapidly, uncharacteristically, had a terrible day on the track. Whether it was overconfidence or a lack of preparation required for the sheer length of the race, plus the stamina required for all the rapid turns and changes of direction, is unclear, but Rapidly definitely will be frustrated with his performance, having even trailed at the very back at one point during the race. All told, he ended the race finishing with 4 places down from his starting position and a rotten 15th to bring home for the team. *Note: Best & Worst Races are not determined by technique or overall performance but rather individual results. These statistics do not reflect the racer’s circumstances nor any unfortunate occurrences along the track. This is merely the numbers.*

That was the most exciting race yet!! A couple of thoughts: (1) That battle for first between Orangin & Bolt tho! Back and forth. It looked like Orangin was gonna run away with it but then Bolt battled back and took the lead and then the lead was growing, but Orangin didn’t give up and battled and snatched the lead back from Bolt! MUST SEE TV RIGHT THERE!! (2) How about Starry getting snagged in the first lap and coming from DEAD LAST back to finish in 8th. Now THAT’S COMPETING. She might deserve Marble of the Week for real! (3) There’s something about Mary (Yes that was intentional 😏). Something is going on with her. I don’t know if her head is fully in this game. She’s qualifying last or next to last and then comes in dead last or next to last in the race. Prim has been carrying Team Primary this whole competition. The coach Secondary needs to have a long conversation with her and see what is the issue. (4) I’ve noticed for a while now that the Hazers are one of the FASTEST teams in the league, but they are STILL one of the weakest.. which is evidenced by their finish at Greenstone GP with an 11th place finish (their worst). I was curious how they would navigated this tortuous track and my suspicions were correct, not that well. Their conditioning coach needs to do a better job and press them harder in the gym cuz they need more strength.. and they’ve needed it for a LOOOONG time (See Block Pushing in their Marble League performances). (5) Look at the Savage Speeders finish also to put a stamp on my point. One of the fastest teams in the league also.. but they do have more strength than the Hazers. (6) The host curse is REAL. Periodt (7) Congratulations to the Limers, Rojo Rollers and Team Momo for their highest finishes since Marbula 1 kicked off. (8) Jelle and Dion KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!! Was a true blessing when I happened upon your channel. This 40 year old man turns into an excited 7 year old kid every time he presses Play on your channel!

As a Hazers fan this was a tough watch. Hazy has always been a speed marble, I don't know what point the coach was trying to make by picking him for such a technical course. While it's good that our past performances kept the lead for us, I hope that this serves as a wake up call. Stop going for great comebacks and fairytale finishes, just put in good racing fundamentals from start to finish.
@caseymcmurtry21244 жыл бұрын
Do you think the Hazers have been anything less than consistent this season? I looked up "good racing fundamentals" in the encyclopedia and there was a picture of Hazy in there. I'm not sure why people want to attribute any performance less than perfect to personal failings, rather than seeing that Hazy took a lot of aggressive jostling at the beginning of the race because the Hazers have basically a target on their back right now. Heck, even without gaining points this race, we're still in the lead. You can't blame other competitor's aggressive actions on Hazy. They're just fine. The next track is totally a speed game. You watch, we've got this. #letsgohazers #hazeamaze
