I honestly thank you people from the bottom of my heart without you I don't think I will be able to become a marine biologist and that's kinda selfish but it's because I wish I could help I'm just not old enough yet but I'll do anything I can to try to help right now and when I'm older and hopefully get my job I hope I can help the ocean like you amazing people, although let's hope that it doesn't need helping in the future keep strong people I love you and so do many others, godbless.

Is planting trees an alternative way of cleaning the ocean?

@Commenter ama Planting a tree and removing trash from the ocean are both ways in which you can get involved in doing your part to improve the current state of certain ecosystems. There are many environmental, social, and economic benefits of planting trees, which is also true for removing trash from the ocean and coastlines. The benefits for both of these are certainly not identical since they are both different in terms of process, but they are both great ways to do your part. 🤙
