It should be noted that it took more than 200 years before the Danes became Christians in earnest. Far back in the Middle Ages, there were people who were still Asa believers (the many Viking gods). Asa is practiced to this day and is a recognized denomination with what it entails of rights.

Yes, the mounds were there long before Vikings or Churches. They are megalith age.

Runic lettering is no more pagan than Greek or Aramaic. Bring the runic alphabet back!
