So to clarify- it’s a kit because you put the red bottle Jello Jello over your glue tips or under them? And then the oil basically activates it? Am I understanding that correctly?

The red bottle is a removable gel base coat. Put it on your nails and cure. Proceed with gel tips etc. When you are ready to remove, you use the One Kill.

Yes, it's a kit because the base coat requires the One Kill remover. I don't use oil when removing but maybe you're referring to the One Kill Remover?
