true. i did experience with my raiden c2. although i have good artifacts on her like 67/157 CR and 250 ER without engulfing and with c6 chev overload she does above 400k damage in her ult. which i never achieved in 1 year of playing this game

@@polychromaa idk about that, nahida c2 is broken, def shred gives u a bit more dmg then furina c1 and then you have 20% increase for hyperbloom dmg, what are like third of the team dmg and are not effected by furina c1. I'd argue they are at least the same in primogem spend(that's nahida c2 around double furina c1). Furina c1 is just cheaper upgrade.

Talent damage and quicken damage is already a bigger percentage of the teams damage than before furina. Additionally, c1 furina nullifies kuki’s lackluster fanfare stacking. Not only is furina’s c1 cheaper, it is also more cost efficient

For anyone who have Neuvillette, i will highly recommend you to pull for his c1 first then his sig because not only will you get 100% resistance to interruption but you can also run him double hydro with furina without losing his 3rd draconic stack

I get your point, but he does so much dmg by himself, especially with his weapon, that having a shielder or Dehya on his team/dead slot for just interrupt res is not even a problem lol 😭Also his weapon is pretty transferable, so I like that a lot (slaying with my Klee on Furina teams with it ngl ngl)

But this is only my preference cuz I've been using him since 4.1, I'll recommend his c1 over his signature because then you won't have to use a shielder everytime using him and you can use two hydro characters which also gives hydro resonance

Lyney main here, C2R2, giving his take. His C1 definitely makes the rotations feel snappier and shorter for max stacks. It also gives himself his own personal healing capabilities outside of utilizing his burst for an extra stack, which is sooo comfy. It’s hard to say which to commit to though, cause his weapon is also so good for him. I think C1 for more comfort, and weapon for damage. I personally got the weapon first, and then invested in cons. I think vertical investment should be: 1st- either c1 or First Great Magic 2nd- the one you didn’t get prior 3rd- C2, I felt a BIG boost from this, very nice. Past C2, I guess you’re truly a certified Lyney main, props you’re committed to the Top Hat Sleeper Agent.

I got Baizhu C1 on accident and it's pretty damn good. It lowers the ER requirements so much that mine just wears Dragonslayers and I always have his burst on cooldown. Can't imagine him without it.

I feel like sacrificial is easily equivalent to that. I have sac instructor baizhu and I could easily ramp up my burst with full hp% and still heal quite big. So c1 is kind of redundant. Maybe cuz I have good ER substat but that's my take.

As a c2 Nahida haver and c1 Furina haver. Yes the power and flexibility they provide really trivializes the abyss. I love that they bring so many characters’ c0 performance up to being strong. I prefer that over hyperinvesting into onfield DPSs. But for those who like to main a specific character, this way of ranking is quite helpful. Great video idea and I agree with most of your takes. Again I value flexibility so I would put some of the more universal signatures higher but for what the list is trying to do I think you nailed it

Neuv main here. C1 is so, so much better than R1. Frees so many teams for him, and makes his damage so much more consistent. Proto Amber and Sac Jade are fine for damage

Before I got my C1R1 Neuv my account was in rough shape, I was having tons of trouble clearing domains and bosses solo, the abyss was a joke, my main DPS was Tighnari and I had terrible artifacts for him because they were so annoying to farm. Neuvillette just shot my account up so much it's unbelievable, the game can still be challenging at times but I no longer fear any monster or boss.

For Neuvillette, if you spend money on the game, I would get C1 over weapon. R1 Sac Jade is only 10% behind his sig, and R5 is within 1% in furina teams. Its cheaper to buy 5 battle passes than to get guarantee his sig, even if funding it exclusivly through welkins over 10 months. Sac Jade also comes with all the other benefits of the paid battle pass.

You no longer need a shielder and you can use Furina without restriction. His personal damage will not be as high but the team damage will be higher because you can use stuff like Fischl, Kazuha, Furina and now you can just tank attacks that would normally interrupt you.

To clarify for Wanderer, his optimal rotation actually changes drastically based on his weapon/cons/artifacts. For highest value, Wriothesley or Neuv’s weapon and using CA spam will get you the most bang for your primos. Go Furina, slap Marechausse on him. You could also go for C1 or C2. But they’re less of a bump. At C6 though his signature is better and NA spam is better. Echoes of an Offering also becomes his BiS set. So if you got Wes or Neuv’s weapon for him they just go down the drain. For Nahida, her weapon is actually just straight up worse in pure aggravate teams than R5 Wandering Evenstar. So gotta keep that in mind. Her C1 is actually really good for the extended burst duration in pure aggravate if you play those teams. Baizhu’s C2 increases his damage by a crazy amount. It’s like 30-40%. So it’s worth considering if you’re using him.

I have C1 Wanderer and C0 Furina, but as I pull for more DPSes it’s unlikely I’ll use them on the same side of the abyss. Are Wrio and Neuvi’s weapons (I haven’t heard abt the latter though tbh) better for him only when played with Furina on 4pc maréchaussée?

@@mq8337 You can only trigger the effects of those weapons with Furina on the team because Wanderer doesn’t have the innate HP manipulation. So in short yes. Wanderer’s CAs have higher scalings than his NAs but his weapon only works on his NAs. So the other weapons lock him into being with Furina and using CAs but his signature locks him into using only his NAs. If you plan on using Wanderer in a lot of teams, his signature is better. If you plan on using a lot of catalyst DPS’s and always having Furina in them, Wrio/Neuv weapons are better value. Part of the “damage bonus” of Wrio/Neuv weapons is letting Wanderer CA instead which has those higher talent scalings. Some people also prefer one playstyle over the other. If you’re long term investing in Wanderer his signature is going to be better. Regarding artifacts: His signature is better until C6 where Echoes becomes better. Marechausse is best if you can use it but then you’re locked into Furina. My personal recommendation is to not fall into the Furina slave builds camp. Locking your playstyle that restrictively is never fun to me since it’s a teambuilding game. If you’re going to play Wanderer a lot I recommend his weapon but if you’re not going to definitely don’t get it. A nice benefit of his weapon is it lets him be used with Yun or C2 Jean. C4 Jean with Freedom Sworn is actually one of his top supports. We don’t have a CA exclusive support right now so it’s technically more team options. At C6 or with Echoes or Yun his signature is still better on Furina teams since it closes the scaling gap between CA and NA. One of Wanderer’s strong suits is his insane flexibility. Sunfire Wanderer is peak shield shredding. Pure mono Anemo is fun and viable. Double Geo Anemo can be fun. Furina is only one team. Losing the flexibility Wanderer has you might as well play a more brute forcing character with higher damage ceiling at low investment.

For Klee, I'd say C2 is better, because it gives her the rare def debuff. For Yae, C2. It boosts the damage her E and that range boost. Meanwhile, Widsith exists, and we have Troupe and Furina, both of whom provide a lot of DMG, lowering the value of the DMG the weapon provides, while in aggravate teams, there's often Nahida, who buffs EM, which gets turned into DMG... For Navia, I believe her cons are the way to go, especially if you are a BP payer. But the weapon has so much drip ;)

Wanderer definitely does not prefer Wriothesley's weapon, it's an option when you run Furina teams but Wanderer Furina teams are extremely clunky to play. Both Faruzan and arguably Zhongli are required on his team. Cashflow is just objectively worse in this team unless you get hit on purpose.

I have not been tempted by a five-star C1 as much as Neuvillette's. Like, Nahida's C1 lowers the thresholds needed for those base-kit buffs, but Neuvillette's frees up team compositions even further, and on top of that is the interruption resistance, which is great for an Overworlder like me who's still farming his and others' Friendship. So cracked, to the degree that I look at it with slight scorn in the way I'm sure Wriothesley mains glare at his C1.

I just started playing 6 months ago and after pulling for Kazuha next month, I had planned on saving for Navia constellations (she's one of my top 3 along with Noelle and Barbara); as many as I can possibly get (or at least c2). With rumours of Nilou rerunning around the same time, I was a bit torn on whether I should pull for Nilou or not (especially considering I just got Nahida). As much as I want to be greedy and grab every possible constellation for Navia that I can this year, I probably should put more priority on getting a couple other characters.

I'm not gonna lie, I'd argue c1 or c2 or weapon for Nilou. c1 makes here on-field actually viable due to the longer duration. There's also her ring lasting long, causing more blooms for the team. c2 has the same increase to her bloom teams as c2 nahida, which is honestly insane Then again, I'm speaking as a nilou main without key and a vape build too. Edit: apologies about c1 nilou, it only increases damage for on-field stance, not duration, but the ring still lasts longer.

For C2 nahida vs nilou i agree its almost the same with C2 nahida gives you more satisfying big damage and C2 nilou is more comfortable to play Edit : C1 nahida for nilou is also good because you get trigger interval reduction which usually you can't get

9:36 C2 Klee is 23% Def shred on enemies hit by her mines (great for her own damage as well as supporting the rest of the team (ex. Xiangling or Furina) and even letting her be a good, albeit not the most practical, full support for an Atk scaler with TTDS+Pyro Resonance if you want). I think C2 is better than weapon because R5 Widsith is great on her; IIRC only the Fontaine crit catalysts are better (if played with Furina). That said, I do prefer Kagura over Widsith because I don't like the 33% chance of getting the EM buff. Energy refund is A4 (2 energy for the team every time her charged attack crits) and C6 (3 energy for the team every 3 seconds during her burst).

Ah, so you found the excessively vocal “characters over constellations” group 😂 I ignore them because I play off-meta team comps with bad artifacts that need carrying by 5* weapons or overpowered supports. I also level normal attacks because it helps out in domains and Abyss runs when you know you don’t need the whole elemental burst rotation to end the encounter.

I agree with most of the takes here, aside from Ayaka's C2, Wanderer's weapon choice. Ayaka's C2 actually opens up some interesting reverse melt comps that are actually quite fun and powerful to use since the smaller ones also provide Cryo application. In the video, Jello has stated that Cash Overflow (Wriothesley's weapon) is mostly better, but based on my personal experience, you normally wouldn't want the fluctuating HP mechanic (Furina or other fast healers) on Wanderer as it can be better utilized elsewhere. You really want a shielder for Wanderer as he can be knocked off the air quite easily. He is fine in his normal hypercarry team (Bennett, Faruzan (c6 + ToM preferably), and Shielder(preferably C6 Thoma)), as he is ranged; he has little to no problem playing the circle impact provided by Bennett. His own signature weapon, Tulaytullah's Remembrance, makes his rotation from N2 -> Charged to just spamming normal attacks, which where he shines in. Pair that with Desert Pavilion artifact set, he gets a free 20% attack speed increase(after the initial charged attack to proc the artifact bonus).

If I can bring some help being a Zhongli main and following your topic of "what you want if you main this": Zhongli is just C2 because using Burst give you the skill shield without the hold animation, and it makes justified to actually use his burst in a rotation what is kinda what we mains want to look him do hahaha, this even support your build where you build Favonius and Crit rate, fav ER is enough to burst every rotation in almost every team as solo geo, and the energy particles from favonius are a ton more reliable than the particles your pillar can generate, so with C2 you dont waste time doing Hold E + Burst and yppou just Burst + get a shield + get particles from burst crit triggering fav + your burst deal considerable dmg because is probably gonna crit.

for neuvilette i think it's important to mention that if you have the BP weapon (sacrifical jade) on r5 the damage increase he gets from his signature weapon is only around 7% if i remember right.. So at that point his C1 would def have more value

Problem with sac jade is it only lasts for 10 secs, so he's required to be swappy. It becomes pretty useless when I'm on coop too, that's why I'll just get the weapon instead of maxing my refines. 🥲

If you play Co-Op it is nice to have Zhongli at C2 for being able to Shield Everyone. And for myself I like his C2 to get a shield without putting down the Pillar. For Wriothesley I would say his C1 is better than his Weapon as the Fontaine Craftable Catalyst is really good on him. For Baizhu I would even suggest C2. Having him off field, i.e. Attacking with Wriothesley or any other active character, triggers Baizhu's C2 and it will summon a smaller Variant of his E, which heals the active Character and also applies Dendro to the Enemy. For Shenhe: Isn't her C2 also viable in boosting other Cryo Character?

Very interesting, and I agree, playing characters whom you enjoy Feels better than building one that you dont care for the play style or aesthetic. I can't seem to main anything but melee fighters for most fights, bow mains, just doesn't feel good to me. Ayaka, diona, mona and navia is my fun atm, I swap Diori and Mona out for elements as needed. I just like overworlding with a bow and claymore in my party. I havent been back into the abyss, im stuck at floor 6

Agreed. Character-specific upgrades have a lot of downsides since constellations are irreversible and weapons are usually kit dependent. Pick supportive weapons/constellations as they are much more valuable!!

My characters already have optimized investments like you mentioned in 0:59. I have c2 furina and c1R1 neuvi and I can pretty much clear everything the game throws my way even with c0 nahida

Raiden signature weapon is very great, not only in Bennettless teams, 85% of ER makes her teams and herself work so smooth in case of pressing bursts by cooldown. I actually feel like for now if you want to use her as carry or even in rational you should have her on C2R1, it’s really enjoyable.

Imo c1-c4 Zhongli is really worth it imo. C2 especially if you're using as a shielder with a lot of ER. I've found it very useful inside and outside of the abyss.

I got C1 Raiden from zero pity in a 10-pull near midnight on my birthday back in January. I got her the day her banner dropped but decided to do one more multi to basically end the birthday festivities a week later. Imagine my surprise when I skipped and saw Raiden's splash art. The funny thing was that I llistened to her happy birthday lines before that, so I guess she just wanted to give me one more gift. I want cons(and/or 5* weapons) for all the archons eventually so I'm pretty happy with that. My little sister is still upset any time I bring up my good gacha luck though.

I would argue Eula C1 is higher value for Han her weapon since it’s physical claymore so not many can use it properly, Shenhe and Xianyun are honestly C2 it’s optional but makes the biggest difference similarly Nilou weapon is great for HP but her C2 is better for later if you’re interested on her rerun, Koko is my favorite hydro and I agree she’s easily C1 girl unless you wanted to C6 R1 her.

@@MugWitch It's less insane when you think of the future characters; if Arlecchino and Clorinde come after them it drains peoples resources and forces them to spend. Plus we'd be due for a Furina rerun directly after. If you want people to open their wallets, dropping a Neuv/Kazuha -> Arle/X -> Furina/X -> Clorinde/X is a peak way to do it. And then we're on the eve of Natlan, which means oh no! Time to top up!

Btw Neuvillette C3 is much stronger than his C2. C2 is 10~18% increase in damage (The increase varies with how much CR and CD you have) while his C3 is always a ~21% increases in damage. Also depending on your team composition his C1 can have 0 value. Its main purpose is to free him from his Zhongli dependency.

I returned to Genshin during Furinas banner and just based on a gut feeling, without even having done the story, went for c6. Definitely worth imo. No need for a healer, no need to ever swap to the healing stance. If i had to play the game with just one character instead of four, she would by leagues and bounds be my number one pick.

I regretted pulling for c2 Ayato for 160 wishes as a welkin player. He's my first 5 star and I'm so hyped that time to get him so I cant rid of using my c0 Diluc on abyss as soon as possible. Now I had 170 fates, 0 pity -- I'm planning to pull for neuvi then if I won his 50/50 and get him early, I'll try to pull for Kazuha. Then if I also won Kazuha and get him on early pity, Ill go for Furina. I had 5-streaks of winning a 50/50 and praying that I win them all. Mercy on me gacha godsss!

I would put Zhongli in C2, since it a) gives him a coop shield, which if you play with people who die easily is probably the best way to protect the team, and b) let's him use his burst without having to spend field time to also cast his shield.

Albedo C2 used to be desirable. -me, having a c2 Albedo with spindle but haven't used him in like 2 years.

He is fantastic in c6 Noelle, Albedo, Gorou, Furina teams. Due to the buffing power of Furina and Gorou your c2 burst will actually do some worthwhile damage. The team might not have the fastest clear times but it is very very easy to clear an Abyss in one try. It is most noticeable in AoE situations. I would not pull for his c2 at all but if you have it then it is worth using. The last video I uploaded was using the team in fact.

For Yae Miko I would say c2 is the best. I used her since she was released, pulled for her on three banners and now I have her at c6r1. From my experience while Kagura gives her some additional damage and better consistency, it doesen't make THAT much difference in comparison to the Widsith to overshadow her c2. Mostly because she really enjoys any of 3 buffs Widsith can provide, so it is less of a casino for her. As for her c2, it's just fantastic. It gives her a significant boost in damage, but even more importantly, it fixes her range problems. After this con I pretty much never had problems with enemies running out of range. Also she enjoys either Nahida or Chevreuse on her team a lot, but I'd still say it's c2 tier for her.

"Her(yae) c2 is a nice damage increase" I'd argue the main selling point of her c2 is the range increase. Everytime i go on my friend's account i'm baffled at how small her range is at c0. With c2 her totems can target basically anywhere in the spiral abyss boundaries the range increase you get from it is insanely comfy.

hey Jello~~ i just found your channel with this video xD anyway I really liked this video, because helps low-spenders with their hard-earned money XD With almost 30 5star weapons, I can say that I agree with everything you said xD first weapon i wished for was Engulfing Lightning when Raiden came the first time :) at first some people I know told me not to wish on the weapon banner because its a scam and all but I didn't care much lol I have 13 5* characters with their signature weapon, and 5 of them are at c2... they are the one's i use the most xD my next goal is Al Haitham + weapon and then c2 Nahida, c2 Nilou and wanderer's weapon (i already have Nahida and Nilou weapons)... oh, also im waiting for someday Tighnari bow comes back because I really could use it ^^ Its funny cuz for Furina, i didn't want to go to her c2, because I use her only with Neuvillette and mine hits damn hard already, so her at c0r1 its a lot better for my account. in fact I don't use her that much, especially her ultimate, because the animation is way too long lol As I decided to c6r5 Neuvillette (slowly cuz i don't have that much money to do in one shot), I might not even need her anymore lol anyway :)

Just too mention something crazy about Zhongli, he has one of the few constellations that just breaks the game, (HEALING !!) (SHIELD EVERY ONLINE PLAYER ON YOUR TEAM INCLUDING HEALING C6) (BIGGER AREA FOR ULT ) ( A SECOND ELEMENTAL SKILL) Is there anything this guy cant do ??? only character i went full out on and i felt like a god playing with other people online, he is THE online support character . As a veteran player I never understood the concept of maining a character, like you need at least 3-4 solid full teams (9-12 characters) well built in order to have comfortable clears every abyss rotation. Maining a character only means it'll probably take you a lot longer to get to the point of having comfortable clears. Horizontal investment on meta supports is just the best strat for any account.

c1 nahida is a good QoL, since she automatically gets 1 stack of pyro/hydro buff from it, even if you don't have a pyro/hydro unit in your team. But since her optimal constellation is c2, it really is a moot argument.

I want to say that for Cyno, R5 of the Ballad of the Fjords is only a smidgen behind his signature in quickbloom, while his C2 gives him 50% damage bonus which is pretty massive, so I wouldn't really consider it for any BP andies out there. However, I know that extremely dedicated Cyno simps tend to prefer to play him in aggravate because that focuses more on his personal damage, at which point his signature is more noticeably ahead of other options, and of course dedicated f2p or welkin-only hoarders don't have access to BP weapons. All of that said, I personally believe that the weapon wins out over constellations in nearly every single circumstance where you want to lightly vertically invest in a character out of affection, because the signature weapon comes with the two massive benefits of 1) being removable if you ever want to do a c0r0 clear with your fave to prove a point to the haters and 2) drip! Constellations (usually) aren't visible, but weapons are! Lastly, just a note from a Mandarin speaker, I highly recommend stylising Xiao's name as "shao" like they do in the EN dub, rather than "jao". It's easier to say and much more comfortable to listen to!

Cyno quickbloom allows his personal damage to shine and his hyperblooms. I have his C2 and since I now pair him with Furina I've decided to switch him over to an EM goblet which is great when you have his BiS. I don't recall what weapon you're talking about I don't think that it can be a smidge behind when Cyno's BiS provides so much crit and benefits his quickbloom playstyle.

@@CryomancerMK1 it's the new battle pass spear and at r5 it gives 27% crit rate and 240 EM. the sheer amount of EM makes it close to staff of scarlet sands when Cyno's doing a lot of transformative damage, though obviously it doesn't overtake the sheer amount of crit and attack that staff gives. the gap does widen with C2 and Furina since as you said that combo lets him run EM goblet, and Furina's hydro is relatively slow as well.

I already know what to plan for my future vertical investments but this video was very fun to watch and very informative. For now I'll go for characters that I want and don't already have while also getting the weapons for Neuvillette and Scara hopefully because I have too many characters and not enough weapons. I'd personally say that getting Wanderer's weapon is better than Wriothesley's because the passive for Wriothesley's weapon needs to be triggered by hp fluctuations which Scara can't do without Furina. And on top of that as a cryo and Marechaussee user Wriothesley might have too much crit rate so it'll be better to get his C1 I think

I got c1 r1 Hu Tao, c1 r1 Eula, c0 r1 Yoimiya, c0 r1 Yae Miko, c2 r1 Raiden, c2 Nahida. I was thinking of going for Neuvillet's c1 over his weapon so that I could swap Zhongli out for an off field unit like Yae. Downside is that Furina will be due for a rerun starting around 4.6 so it's a tough choice between her and Neuvi.

If you buy battlepass and plan on playing neuv with furina, dont get his weapon unless you realy want it. R5 jade is within 1% of his sig in furina, teams, and R1 is within 10%. His C1 is about 24% increase over C0 in furina teams with 2 stacks at C0.

Yae is definitely c2 or weapon. Her weapon increases her skill damage by ~20% c1 is difficult to gauge, I like to say ~10% damage (Aggravate team with Fischl as battery, bursting every rotation, saving ~20% ER -> crit/Atk/EM rolls) c2 is ~25% skill damage over c1 or using the ~10% damage from c1 it's 37.5% skill damage over c0 (18.75% per constellation). On top of that there's the huge range increase. Barring c6 her c2 is basically her best constellation.

Baizhu's C1 is way more exciting in theory than in practice. When I saw an additional charge on his skill I was elated. But sadly it doesn't mean he gets two during the same cooldown as C0 would have one. His charges have their own separate cooldowns. So it's only useful if you need a sudden extra burst of healing, but then you're down for just as long.

For me, the most transformative thing is having the units at all 😅The only constellations I ever went for was Yelan C2 to make her supposedly "on-par" with Xingqiu, but honestly I regret that and in hindsight tbh it seemed like misguided advice, and kinda wish I went for a Hu Tao or Shenhe instead.
