Kay, have you thought about doing Currywurst? It's dead easy. Sliced then fried chorizo (remember to skin the chorizo before slicing it) chopped onions (and I mean chopped, not sliced, then fry until golden in the fat from the chorizo), medium curry powder and then tip in a tin of chopped tomatoes and let it cook down for half an hour. Bloody lovely served with bread.
