Hey, Muddy. First, Happy Father's Day to everyone viewing. Sorry, I haven't been able to join a live show with you, but I still look for your notifications. As for the song, there isn't one false word in these lyrics. Citizen Soldier, whom you may have reviewed at some point, has a song called "I'm Not Okay" which explores the anxiety and fear of uttering out loud those words that Jelly Roll penned. They also wrote Tattoos, which is accepting things and wearing your scars with pride. If you haven't viewed Shinedowns' "symptom of being human", I think you would it would be a great reaction for you. Have a great evening.
