Make you wish you weren't one of the ones who could relate but at the same time this song is a great reminder for the young kids of what happens when you let drugs enter you. I would so much rather have my kiddo listen to this when he is young then that crap music all the punk kids are listening to today that glorifies drug use especially when it comes to opiods. It's my job to prevent my bloodline from ending up like me and songs like this as dark as they might be are also extremely important teachers to show kids the evils of opiods. If you like this side of Jelly Roll you might also like Jeff Warren if you can get past his style of music and his voice. My wife gets why I like him yet she just can't stand him so when I listen to him I've got to wear headphones. For me the artist that I get why people like him yet I can't stand him is Mad Child but my wife loves him. I get her not liking Jeff Warren but if you've never listened to him he is totally worth checking out. He only has maybe 30 songs some better then others. You can find his music easiest if you type in Jeff Warren Extinguish in sound cloud or KZbin. I've had a wish for a long time he and Jelly would get on the same track. As different as he is from Jelly those two could put together a song like this and that would split the world in half 😆 okay maybe that's a bit extreme but it would be such a good song that would have a great message hidden behind a dark almost horror core look into addiction and what can and does happen to anyone who decides to start abusing drugs. I would much rather listen to songs that horrorfy drug use and addiction then glorify it but very few artists actually tell the truth about how evil and damning drug abuse/withdrawal is but both J.W. and Jelly do just that so it would be epic to see them team up. I don't thing Jeff is still doing music and if he is idk where because I've looked to see if he's put anything new out and I haven't found anything new in probably 8 years or more.

Wish most understood the message, but if they don’t then I’m glad addiction never touched their life or caused them any harm. Addiction is a bitch. Definitely wouldn’t wish that pain and heartbreak on anyone.. It’s literal Hell on Earth. Once those doors flood open, it’s a fight trying to get them back closed and remain closed. I wish it was different.. easier… I know everyone faces challenges and everyone endures their own kind of struggles, but speaking as someone who has experienced a lot of traumatic experiences I can honestly say that addiction is the hardest experience I’ve ever had to live through. It becomes such a mind fuck that you lose sight of what matters. The obsession is hostile… A screaming thought that never stops. 😕
