There is no continuum for success, focus on the progress not the results. I guess I'm motivated by the fear of failure to some degree and knowing what can happen when you don't do things the way you need to do them to have success. It’s not human nature to be great. It’s human nature to survive, to be average and do what you have to do to get by. That is normal. When you have something good happen, it’s the special people that can stay focused and keep paying attention to detail, working to get better and not being satisfied with what they have accomplished. Quotes by nick Saban.

I heard this song on a country radio station recently for the very first time and it definitely struck a familiar chord with me. My husband lost his battle with mental illness and addiction two years ago this month. I miss him move than words can say. He would have liked this song a lot and def cranked it up loud and sang along to it every time it came on.

My daughter's dad passed away yesterday. We went our separate ways but we always got along really well. We helped each other out if one was ever in need. We both have battled addiction but I was able to pull away from meth, but he wasn't. He never knew when to quit. He was a good person but like many of us, he had his demons. The meth had changed him. He began to lose touch with reality. He would be so afraid and paranoid that people would get him. I hate it so much that he died afraid. 😞

I always listen to this song. Especially in the car when it comes on. Around three weeks ago. My neighbor was having breathing problems. My grandma called her. And she couldn't breathe. She was given medication and an inhaler by her doctor but obviously that didn't work. So when we called her she could barely talk. So we asked if we should call 911 and she said yes... so that's what we did. It gave me flashbacks of when my mother. Kari. Died on October 14th 2020. When they showed up i quite worried.. its because shes helped me and my grandma so much... when she came out of her little house/camper my eyes widened. Her color was grey and her face was swollen. "Oh my god.." i said that day i saw her. They had to restart her heart when they got to the hospital which they broke her ribs doing it so hard. Then she woke up. Her voice was raspy but she was up! If you ask how i knew her voice was that. Its because she called my grandma. And they talked for a while. Frisky on the other hand. Her dog. Didn't know her. At ALL... he slept with me every night for all those three weeks... we met her granddaughter. Tamara. Was her name. She was beautiful. Her hair was blonde but it had a very very very light blue mixed in it. She was also tall. She took pictures of frisky and showed my neighbor. Now 1 week later she was put in a nursing home. We had to visit every SINGLE DAY. ASAP. And bring her dog. Now three weeks later... they're going to california... they toom frisky this morning and I've been tearing up all this time thinking about it... me and frisky. Got attached to each other. When i had to use the bathroom he would jump from my chair and follow me. I miss him so much and its only been two hours....

Lord, help them CALL HOME whatever home looks like to them. Run towards the light, away from the "fill in the blank" FOR ME it was heroin... Lord if you can do it for ME you can DO it FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS IT AND IS WILLING.... Thy will nof, mine be done. In JESUS MIGHTY NAME I PRAY....REACH OUT YOUR HAND AND GRAB HIS. AMEN.
