This was a great documentary/interview and virtual tour combo approach to this film! I love Jelly’s shoot straight way of telling folks the stories of his life and Minneapolis Sound. He’s probably my favorite person to hear stories from. He don’t sugar coat anything and I like that in a person

My band opened for morris and the time in the early 2000’S. It was in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I remember the snare drums and we chatted about it. Ya said ya always play on the deep snare drums. So now I do. Great man. Influenced me more then you can ever know. You told me to always lay that groove and that’s all. Not a bunch of flash. Ever since then I always kept a gig. Thank you for the knowledge!!!

Very interesting how Jellybean come of age. I met him in 1991 because I was married into his family. He is down to earth.

This is interesting! I agree this would make a great documentary in Cinéma vérité style! Incorporate even more pictures or film of the North side and Minneapolis when you were growing up! Thank you for sharing!!💜
