Criminally underrated in all aspects! So much talent..... ❤

Yes, we can appreciate them now. They were a throwback to the syrupy melodies and vocal harmonies of the 60s and 70s, but the world was thirsty for flannel shirts, cut offs with boots and lyrics about suicide and dysfunctional people in 1993. So sad!

Eric’s soloing is really impressive. It’s really hard to replicate electric guitar solos on an acoustic but he crushes it.

14:15 - those backing vocals by Tim , Roger and Eric are perfect.

My favorite band of all time. Seriously. Why not reunite already? It would make me very happy.

I suppose the answer to this is much the same as asking many married couples why they never got back together again after divorce.

Andy just doesn't want anything to do with it for some reason

This is just Jellyfish gold for me, bought both records on cassette back when they came out and couldn't believe that these guys weren't absolutley huge, then I just discovered this... thank you

They were such a great studio band, immaculately produced albums, but they were also great performers as well. Able to reproduce their albums live so you don't miss the effects and over dubs, just pure, great music.

So random to post this in 2020. Thought I was the only one who still relishes pop underground of the 90s.

The Grays (their only album Ro Sham Bo is a masterpiece). Big Star. There’s an awesome Chicago band called Frisbie. And finally, I highly recommend the first two albums by UK poppers The Feeling.

Just so impossibly brilliant.. really wish we could've gotten just one more record with this particular line-up.. if Andy gave Eric just a touch to the mix.. man what could've been

or if instead of playing all the goofy cover songs on the Bellybutton tour they would've played a couple of Jason's songs...another point where things could've turned out differently. love these guys but in a lot of ways they were their own worst enemies.
