On land there is one way to escape: There is a tunnel on the construction site in LS which is used in one of the heists where you need to escape the cops by motorbikes.If you get in that tunnel I'm sure you will escape the cops,no matter five stars wanted level.

You can escape from police in tunnel. Just what you need is to stay in one spot until star vanish. When stars flashing, then just don't go nearby the police. On a mini map you can see their front area where they can see. ;)

First things first, I love your videos and get a great kick out of them. Super funny! I remember on the earlier versions of GTA the way to lose stars on the game was to lay low AND not intentionally run over cops and shoot at them. lol I'm sure it is somewhat necessary for escape but it's worth a try. Like when you were in the tunnel with the boat. You weren't able to harm anyone and your stars started to blink like they were close to going down. But hey what do I know, I'm a girl after all
