I respect Rio for not taking any crap from Minx. The irony is she is even more attracted to him because he doesn’t buy into her nonsense. However, he still saves her life despite the friction between her and the Holograms (and him).

I think this show has undertows confused with large waves and "Minx can't swim". Undertows are more like, "Hey, where'd Minx go? She was just swimming over there a second ago!" Pretty scary stuff. Still a fun episode, though! 😄

Well, undertows a.k.a. riptides can develop swirls in the water. Different wave heights lead to a downhill flow which breaks up the sandbar's structure. Once that large wave took Minx, it dragged into the undertow's current.

Minx was trying to flirt with Rio but Rio acting selfishly she goes swimming with rapture only to be caught by a tidal wave

If I saved minx I would tell her she doesn't need to do a full 180 and change who she is. Just try to set an example for kids and don't do anything risky or dumb.

After all these years I realize Ingrid (Minx's given name) has a VERY FLIMSY MIND and she can be easily swayed in and out of anything. She'd definitively need someone that would mold her full time into her true self, and neither Rory (Riot) nor Phoebe (Rapture) can do it, as they both got their own "demons" to deal with.
