All my life I heard "life is what you make it*. I always thought it was cliche and even hated it at one point. Then I remember I landed a dream job at a cemetery and I met an old man in the grounds crew on my first day and I'll never forget what he told me during our first conversation. "Life is what you make it son" and everytime I'd say good morning to him and ask how he was doing, he'd respond with "everyday is a blessing son". I got let go of the business after almost two years of being there due to revenues going down, but I learned sooooo much at that job. I'll never forget that old man. He truly helped me understand that life really is what we make it and it truly is a blessing everyday.... And I'm not a religious man

"She doesnt live in a fantasy. She lives in reality" -Tamar Braxton I love that u touched on ppl viewing the positive as delusional and the negative as being realistic. Because delusion implies preposterous or impossible. The bullshit will be your reality as long as you decide that it is your reality. What I desire and the purpose God has for me is not rooted in delusion but very much rooted in reality. I would like a whole video where u touch on the delusion aspect a little deeper because that's something that we're seeing more of on social media now. But that's rooted in negativity bias and I think U have a video on that too. But thank u soo much and keep dropping Jems!!

If the gap between the subconcious and concious mind is too large then we have to take small steps. Exactly what you said about the resistance. Its important to explain that to people because many people have big gaps amd they need to be told exactly how to bridge that gap. In case of a gap, take smaller steps. Smaller affirmations until that one becomes true for you and then take the next one.

Words we say to ourselves are powerful and affect our emotional state. Years ago, I thought it would be funny to label my alarm on my IPhone “wake up bitch!”. I was amazed after I realized that seeing that label every morning upon awakening immediately shifted my mood in a negative way. It was incredible how much better, and more energetic I felt after changing my alarm label to: “Wake up Beautiful! Love❤ Forgive🙏”. This is still the morning wake up alarm label I use now ❤❤

“Owing to the vibratory power of words, whatever you voice, you begin to attract.” Florence Scovel Shinn Let me put it simply. There is no such thing as "failure". There is no such thing as "mistake". They are just learning experiences of what doesn't work. According to Dr. Joe Dispensa, when we try something new (skating, bike riding, playing catch, etc.), we don't fail at it. The brain is making new connections, and you are training your muscles to perform automatically as you want. So, keep pushing, whether or not you fall down. Eventually, you will master the skill.

This is what magic is. It's being able to speak in a voice which makes things happen, being able to speak in a voice which causes facts to be beheld by groups of people in a way that has been purged from profane language, for us relegated to poetry and that sort of thing. ~ Terence McKenna The way we perceive the world is a direct result of our thoughts and assumptions of that world. If we change the words we use to describe the world, we change the world around us “If the world is made of language, then you can hack it in the sense that you can hack code.” - Terence McKenna We must be masters of our thoughts and our language because this is how to paint our world

Ive always lived by two quotes ive heard over a decade ago, that have made me more aware of myself and things... "We dont see things as they are, we see them as we are" And the other one is: "What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create, And what you think, you become". (I cant remember the order, but the phrases are correct 🤷‍♂️) Also, a book that really helped me become more calm and collected, "Dont Sweat The Small Stuff, And Its All Small Stuff"... such a good book! Its helped me with self confidence and really just having more control over my perspective. I feel like, if you can control your perspective, you can almost 'control the world' 🤯😂🤷‍♂️🤔❤😇

It’s so interesting that these are new concepts to people ever since I took acid at like 16-17 I’ve been obsessed with bettering myself and “controlling” my life and mental state it’s been 4 years but I’ve accomplished more then I ever thought I could life is very simple when you have a phone with every single droplet of information humans have ever gathered in your pocket people just don’t realize the power they hold within them to be conscious is too be a god to be able to bend reality to your will with nothing more then thoughts and your hands

When you said "I'm fearless" I first thought about myself and how I tell myself things and still don't have the belief but after you said we need to be in alignment with our words, that helped bro. Thank you 🙇
