I definitely want to try the caprese chicken! I LOVE roasted cherry tomatoes. I cut them in half and mix them with olive oil and salt and put them under the broiler and mix them in with my homemade Alfredo sauce.

I fry my own corn tortillas too. My wife thinks they are the best thing since sliced bread. I bought the IP, waiting for it to arrive. Why would you use the pot for the meat when you've already basically cooked the meat? I'm not being rude, I really want to know.
