Your budget meal-prep videos are so motivating! It's great to see your skills and resourcefulness really shine through in these. Thanks for putting in the effort for this! And yes, a monthly series of this would be cool! Maybe based on themes for a budget, too (ex. potato-based or soup-based, etc.)? Looking forward to it all!

OMG I went to all these tonight for the first time in probably a couple months I've been ordering just Walmart delivered at home! I was so shocked when I got to register and my bill was only $141 now some of you may say only $144 yes because normally if I were to go to one of my local stores or get half of the items I got today even at Walmart my bill would have been at least that therefore woohoo yay all these hopefully they keep up the good work!

Fun tip on couscous especially if you are going to use it in salads. Make it following the instructions then spread it out on a parchment-lined cookie sheet to cool complete. Once completely cook you can toast it in the oven. Stir it every 7-10 minutes spreading it out each time until it's golden brown or to your liking. It gets really a really nutty flavor. You can do it in a skillet as well with a 1/4 tsp of oil. Just stir the couscous into the oil and keep everything moving. Either method is great but you can't walk away from this. It's a bit like toasting nuts. So good though!
