I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but I wanted to tell you a happy story related to this video. 3 years ago, the night of my rehearsal dinner for my wedding, there was a hurricane, because why not? To be clear, we were in Chapel Hill, NC, 3 hours from the ocean, so really all that meant for us was a lot of rain. Nevertheless, a bunch of people were late, and cancelling, and only half the bridal party was there and I was getting really stressed about the wedding. In my one and only classic “stressed bride” moment, I ran out of the rehearsal into the bathroom in tears. My little sister, my maid of honor, followed me, and after calming me down slightly she got me to stop crying. But I didn’t want to go back out there all red faced like I was crying. So my sister pulled out her phone and we just started watching your videos. Soon I was laughing and by the time we got halfway through this video (we didn’t get to the fall!) I was ready to go back out. The rehearsal ended up being fine, and we had a spectacular wedding day, hurricane and all! I know that isn’t the biggest thing, or the most amazing story, and it’s a very small moment in the grand scheme of things, but it was a special moment for me. I’m sure you get lots of comments about the brightness and lightheartedness you bring to people’s lives, but I just always wanted to share that moment, and how you (and Julien!) helped make a stressful and sad situation better, and got me into a place where I could truly enjoy one of the most special times of my life. So thank you, so much. Again, not sure if you’ll ever see this, but I thought it was worth putting it out there (3 years later, better late than never right?) Thanks for all the laughs over the years, but especially that one, that night! ❤️

I don't know how I stumbled upon the joy that is Jenna (and you too, Julien) but it was only a few months ago. My entire reason for living (I have a chronic illness, not whining, just for context), for surviving, for feeling like i matter at all, that i help anyone, died one month and three days ago. Well, one third of it, the other 2/3rds have been gone longer.... anyway, I definitely can't write this anywhere else, but watching her vids at least helped me laugh. I'm not sure yet that I can say "this saved my life" , but she does bring a lot of light into life. She has joy, that thing that's deeper than happiness, you know? And she's probably the only person I'm currently aware of who actually lives those things we post on Facebook and Instagram, like "don't sweat the small stuff. Also I am SUPER impressed at Jennas core strength. To do a headstand on the ground and held up like that, takes ALOT of strength. I've been practicing yoga almost daily for 6 months or so and I can't even get into a handstand without the wall.

Remeber for both headstand and handstand ur hands do a lot of work. So work on the positioning of ur hands and use ur fingers as micro-adjustments for balance

Veronica Mounts yoga supported headstands are pretty easy, handstands on the other hand, are quite difficult. it's mostly a balance thing, so long as you have the upper body strength, but ofc core strength / stability is essential for that.
