As someone who went to beauty school a) reusing wax strips to go over and get extra hairs is a thing Julien, sorry, and b) the reason you'd rip the strips off and not get any hair is because hair has to be trimmed to a certain length for the strips to actually adhere and remove the hair.......... just knowledge in case you ever wanna do this to Julien again and not have him hate you for a little bit lol
