Of all the possible cast kissing combinations, Monica never kissed Phoebe and Ross never kissed Chandler. I do remember Joey kissing Monica, Joey kissing Chandler, and even Ross kissing Monica at some point during the series. So the question is the episode when Joey kissed Monica, was that considered "real" or "fantasy" moment? I believe it was "The One with the Truth About London" when they were imagining if Monica has hooked up with Joey instead of Chandler in the hotel room. If that was a fantasy dream moment, then what is another episode with a real moment when Joey and Monica kissed? So that would leave Rachel as the ONE who kissed each character at some point during the series: Ross, Joey, Chandler, Monica, and Phoebe.
