Literally finished this movie about 15 minutes ago , .......and have to Give this Girl her Well Deserved Props.!!! And make up , or lack thereof , had NO bearing on her Incredible performance. I mean......I HURT physically watching her move from point to point , ....that's How good she was.!? She really nailed all the little subtleties and strained movements that accompany people with severe pain or chronic pain. Definitely deserves All the accolades she gets.!!

its amazing what make up does to an actor,make jennifer aniston look many years younger and much more beautiful. without the make up she is just OK.

I agree with the first bit but like she said she did wear make up in the movie precisely to give her a more unattractive, miserable look. Hair makes a big difference for a woman too and again, they were trying to make it look as greasy and neglected as they could so if you're basing this on Cake you should probably rethink it.
