I know what it is like to wake up feeling swollen and have pain. Having an autoimmune disease is a terrible thing to have. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I was being treated with the same old traditional ( steroids, methotrexate and the biological medications ) in which I found out that was literally killing me. I have started on spicy foods and hot spices. I also take a lot of coated asprin a day. Other prescription medication , but no other anti- inflammatory meds. I am trying to do better at finding the foods that reduces inflammation.

I have also successfully treated my bipolar for 18 years. Humans are basically Non-vegetarian. The prime reason in favour of this argument is that we can’t live without salt, you cut salt from your diet within a week or two you will feel weakness. Humans are the only animal on this planet who cook their food. What will happen if all of a sudden we landed in a jungle, in order to understand this don't eat salt for say 9 to 10 days, your body will start craving for salt, so if you are in jungle there is no other thing in nature other than blood i.e. salty in nature now we are not blood sucking animal like bat or leaches that thrive on blood but rather the traces of blood on fresh hunt is enough for us. But here comes again the advantage of cooking like we have discovered salt, we have also discovered animal fat in the form of ghee, If we do all the frying in ghee then the same diet which you fry in oil become 1000 times more acceptable to your body. Oil is bad for the body because suppose if we are herbivores and we landed in a jungle where we don't have any market near us where we can get 1 ltr olive or mustard or sesame oil, and we don’t have any oil mill either. In order to understand this, do one thing make sprouted grain in your home and eat it every day without adding any additional oil, you can eat them raw or boiled it and then eat them, try different version of sprouted grain and eat them as they are similar to living juicy grain, you may try this but I will tell you that you will find it hard to have your gut movement after a few days, because even after eating so many herbs you don't have sufficient oil in your guts, as the amount of oil present in juicy grain is too low, now if you want to experiment outdoor how much mustard you will have to eat to generate two tablespoonfuls of mustard oil in your gut, just imagine. So what exactly I wanted to do here is generate thought in your mind that though we are omnivores we don't require so much of vegetable oil in our diet as it is not natural but yeah 1 teaspoonful twice a day or even once a day will be good enough. So we are not educated properly to know our right eating habit by the present education system and yes this is the prime reason for all sort of diseases. So yes Non-veg food is good but Imagine if billion people on earth start to have non-veg food daily how we would manage the food chain because we would be requiring almost a billion animal die every day to feed humans. You have to grow food first in order to feed those animals then where to decompose a billion litres of blood daily, how to keep those billion animals in a cage , how to clean there poo, this problem of poo or blood is not there with herbs hence fewer chances of spread of epidemic hence we should eat nonveg food once in a while but we should promote vegetarian food and a good food have few characteristics such as it should have the pulp which acts like a fibre and not the husk, husk is just to protect the pulp as you will observe that as soon as you dehusk an apple, a banana, a potato, or any fruit and vegetables it starts to gets black and eventually rot faster as microorganism too love the pulp and not the husk and scientist tell us husk is the main fibre. The second charaterstic of food i You can read more about it in this blog
