the house is 60m.. Lopez pay the 40m in cash and the bank pay the 20m as bank assistance. Lopez is the one who pay 20m to the bank... after divorced Lopez renovated the house..the house is included in division of asset.. Lopez is looking for the house of her own.. Lopez force to stay for maintenance of the house and for the bank obligation 200k monthly..

Memories but they only lived there for some months together??? And the house was almost sold but something went wrong for the buyers. You don't sell such an expensive house in some weeks.
