Soooo trueee about the sugar addiction, I just literally kicked it. Been off sugar and carbs 10 days exactly and already lost 6lbs. I feel wonderful!! The sugar caused so much inflammation in my body it threw my thyroid out of wack, sugar is the devil yawl, stay away if you can help it!

well, sugar and carbs are in pretty much everything, maybe thats the point cutting off fruit maybe, even whole grain foods, honey as well, because carbs are necessary for athletes and for skin as well, and also veggies have carbs too, so maybe thats what she did because basically she was just on protein and vitamin supplements for this 10 day challenge i m guessing or a complete detox and since she was working out just eat protein and few healthy fats to not lose muscle.
