One thing I love about Jlo is she does not make excuses, never has. She keeps on going no matter what. She's amazingly driven as well which I also admire. You cannot stop her. She doesn't always make the right choice but when she makes bad ones ( like P Diddy) she knows when to walk away. She's a very wise woman. Most of us let ourselves stew in self pity but you can tell she doesn't do that. She picks herself up and moves on. Most celebs seem unstable mentally but Jlo is unusually stable and normal.

WOW. To hear her say "I never became whole on my own!" I've been yelling this to J-lo from the TV screen for years, and never thought she would get it. She likened herself to a butterfly in driftly from 1 relationship to another. But I noticed she took some me-time before A-rod. She gets it now. YOU HAVE TO HEAL, and grow from within.

@@margholtz I know. Sadly jlo resorted to going back to an ex to rediscover love there. But what shes looking for isnt there either. You can write a book on self love and still never love yourself. We are also designed to be in relationship, so its understandable that she's longing to be loved like all of us. She'll find the real love she's looking for in Jesus Christ and a relationship with him. Because when everyone else in life has walked away, God never does.

I'm so glad she finally got there because the world already knew that she went from man to man and that it wasn't healthy. I've said that for years about her since she did Selena. She always had a man and I've never known her to be alone. Now she knows that it wasn't healthy and that you must heal before moving on to someone else.

I've had a couple female friends of mine seemingly take pride when they tell me that "they never stay single for long," and in the case of one woman has never gone more than a month of being single since High School. By this, I don't mean that they stay with the same guy for years and years, but rather that they bounce from relationship to relationship with little time in between. I can't understand why this is something that some women take pride in.

Because rejection is painful, because not making it work can make us force it to work with someone else to not have to look in at us at what we were lacking in that failed relationship. A self validation attempt. If no one wants me then it MUST BE my fault the relationship didn't work out. So they go dating and immediately someone shows interest... of course they do. So many people in the world and only one you the odds are tons will date you. And why not she is gorgeous and smart etc but to her rushing to get with someone else was probably a self validation that if someone would date her so easily then she wasn't the problem in the relationship. She was good enough to date. See the "proof" was in how many people wanted to be with her or so one thinks. Never considering that in reality both people lack and both people contribute to both the problems and success in a relationship. It always takes 2.

She’s so real and honest and never tries to hide who she is. This is one of her best interviews. The number one problem JLo has is that the men she attracts can’t handle HER success. They are envious of her and want her to diminish who she is as a superstar in order for them to not feel inadequate. It is obvious that her current spouse is very jealous of her career. Even if she were to dim her light to please him, rest assured that it will NEVER be enough for him. EVER. She deserves sooooo much better. Jennifer Lopez is still looking very beautiful and very kind. She really doesn't have to struggle with her own esteem at all. She has already built her own successful entertainment career as a great singer, dancer as a well-known performer through her own hard working and efforts. She is also a responsible mom and tries her very best to be a good wife. Moreover, she's very kind and reasonable person. I believe this is where the esteem comes from naturally. This is also why she doesn't need to be worried about it. Because I believe the hard working, decency, loving-kindness nature and generous mind of the forgiveness, principles and responsibilities as well as our own loyalty and patriotism to America and America's own foundation and constitutions also the unity. I love to watch her performance.

I struggled with that and I have to be born again to get self-esteem from the Holy Spirit Jesus is the only way to learn to be hole the kid thing dosent work I said the same thing I'm above average you can't do it when people tare you down and expect you to be a robot. What She doesn't Say is that She broke another Woman's heart and marriage, because Mark Anthony was married and had a Wonderful Wife that Never did anything bad to Him, but in order to Soothe Jennifer from her Breakup to Ben Affleck, Mark went and broke another Woman's heart and emotionally destroyed her to the point that She hasn't been able to be with another man after Anthony divorced her. JLO has it so rough. She is such a role model for our soldiers in Afghanistan , Iraq and in the jungles of Africa. If they only knew how rough of a life JLO is living then they would think, "its not too bad in this wasteland compared to where JLO is." Part of the Navy Seal mental toughness training program they are made to read JLO's book. JLO's book is also a must read for surviving behind enemy lines class. JLO is really amazing and has lots of courage because she feels stress like a normal human.

Every time one relationship failed, She jumped right into another one right after that. Instead of working on herself, really learning to loving herself first and not relying on a man to love her and depending on him to make her feel whole and complete and her not doing that for herself. That's not low self-esteem to you? Lol... A woman with confidence and self love would work on herself and take a step back and take a break from relationships and realize that one relationship after another is NOT healthy. Many women go through the same stuff. Heartache doesn't discriminate. Jennifer Lopez is doing the same thing now though. Going from her last fiance to an old flame. Been there,done that so I empathise. But I dont see shes learnt or she's healing if she's repeating the same mistakes . I guess life is lonely for women especially if they haven't got a husband or been through failed relationships or divorce. Money and fame can't buy love. And no matter how much luxuries you have in life, its worthless without a nice loving fsmily of your own to share it with. I wouldn't want jlos life . So obvious for years JLo looks to be very uncomfortable and genuinely very sad. I feel bc her parents divorced when she was a lot younger that can def carry on to adulthood and can never cope with that uncertainty. She simply doesn't know how to unite with a partner and never will. She's got a lot of insecurities when it comes to love, and it shows in photos and vids. And not to mention, the people who surround her aren't any help - all they want is to make $$$$ off of her.
