True. People want to at least know the person they sign up under a little bit. If they know you a little bit they will feel comfortable asking questions when they start training and trying to learn. They want to know they will have a an actual chance at success before they sign up. Knowing their recruiter at least a little bit will take some of that edge of fear of failure off. Like you said, relationship is so important! :)
