I WAS SHOCKED! It took 12 hours👩🏽‍🦱😩🥱😴💆🏽‍♀️(Part 2/2)
I this video I am transforming my clients hair.
As you can see she has very dense textured hair…
In part 1- we lifted her natural base colour to a level 7 and did highlights on half the head.
I am now applying a customised mix toner to the whole head.
The toner was left on for 30 minutes before we rinsed it out.
As you know I don’t do much talking in my videos as they are made for you to relax and watch in peace.
However if you do have any questions or general remarks you leave them in the comments section below and I will try my best to respond with an answer.

I had hair like that when I was a kid. I have had relaxed hair since age 15. Back in the day the hairdresser would put me under the dryer and it would be big and hard. I tried a short natural and had to wash it every day to comb.

Beautiful job! My granddaughter has the tightest curled 4C hair ever! She is also THE MOST, tender headed person ever. Her hair when done, is just about the length of your models after the trim, but it looks maybe 4-5 inches long in her go to two puff style. Wish we lived near you... Again, excellent work

I must admit, I was a bit scandalized when you started lifting so much color out of her hair, but what you did here was incredible. I didn't know it could be done. How long will this last her before she has to do it again? Until youtube, I never realized how much work went into maintaining natural hair, and I have a newfound admiration for anyone that does it well. The entire process was beautiful from start to finish. 12 hours! Wow! Having thick hair, I started doing my own hair when I was younger, because the first thing many beauticians wanted to do was razor thin my hair complaining about the thickness if I requested a simple trimming of my ends. I hated that so I learned to do my own. I loved that you did not do that. Of course silk press wasn't around when I was younger. Currently I am starting all over with the natural regrowth of my hair since losing all of it to chemotherapy last year. I'm loving the new texture that's coming in since December 2021.

God bless you for your return to health. I am in total agreement with you, it’s time to leave the chemicals alone and transition to natural hair. I’m in my middle 60’s so you know that I’ve traveled along all of the roads of hair care. The “big chop” is actually easy but you have to be strong willed enough to remain comfortable with what type of hair that we have. I did it once but gave in and started to relax my hair again. This time I am determined to go back and stay back. Wishing you continued good health.

Absolutely Stunning! This is so wonderful to see. Coming up, I found that many female stylists were scissor crazy. When a woman of color came in with beautiful, NATURALLY long hair, they wanted to hack it off. Many would say, oh I just need to trim your dead ends and would turn around and chop 5 inches off. I walked out of one salon and started going to men only (this was back in the 80’s) It was over a decade before I let another woman touch my hair and only then because a family member recommended her. She did Not disappoint. I’m very picky now and audit salons before I patronize them. If I like what I see, I follow through. Amazing what bad experiences will cause!

I'm in awe that her hair still looks soft and shiny after all that product. I loved the style right before you brushed it out to blow dry it. But I also loved the straight style for everyday and the curled style for evenings out. Beautiful. I love the color and her hair is gorgeous. I've never been able to find a stylist that treats the hair this well. You can dye your hair but it must be deep conditioned well to prevent damage and you DEFINITELY did that in this video.

Natural hair is beautiful. But from experience, it's not easy to manage. A good press & curl gives your arms a break. To keeping it healthy requires constant care unless you want to dreadlock it. Wow, I wish I could go to her salon.

This was very relaxing with the perfect, beautiful piano. I used to have hair almost as thick but I lost half my hair to a thyroid problem when I was 30. I so wish I had it back.

What beautiful hair. I’m jealous. The color is beautiful and personally, I prefer the curls. I wish I could straighten my hair from time to time. However, since I have gotten older, it seems that my fine hair cannot take much heat. I have had to cut my hair down super short at least two times in the past eight years due to heat damage. I stopped using perms years ago and have used a flat iron on my hair only a few times. I felt that I had conditioned it pretty well, but it still got damaged. Anyway, I love what you have done with this young lady. Keep up the good work.

I loved her hair in its gorgeous natural state. Long afro-textured strands are rare and glorious. And it was also beautiful immediately after the blow dry. The flat iron and hot curlers, however, make it look more ordinary, like it belongs to one of the gazillions of women who wear boring long weaves.
