Jennifer, Jennifer, Jennifer....oh, sweet, sweet, BRILLIANTLY MINDED, Jennifer, YOU are AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!! I just prayed asking God to bless me with confidence and encouragement to use my God given crafty talent to bless others as YOU, dear lady, have blessed me and numerous others. I thanked Him for YOU and your willingness to share your unlimited, genius creations. I began creating scrapbooks at the age of 17 for my church youth group, then my children and finally card making as an outlet for a difficult childhood with an alcoholic father. However, as a 53 yr old, I have found Satan is alive and using my feelings of not being good enough from childhood now into my adult life. It is crippling at times. BUT GOD is still working on me too, and I cannot begin to tell you how your sweet spirit speaks to my soul. I have followed you since your beginning, yet continue to pick my jaw up off the ground from amazement at your pure genius creations!!! Praise God you have instilled your love of blessing others into your precious children, as well as God blessing them, too, with beautiful talents. You are truly the GOAT of the paper crafting world, and I am blessed to consider you my friend (and pretend neighbor, along with Kristina, Gina, and Laura Bassen 😊).

I noticed when you cut your foam tape lengthwise the scissors stuck a little bit. A tip to remedy that is this: I store a few long strips of my foam tape from the big roll on the release sheets from my Altenew double-sided adhesive sheets (or any release paper - I save it all). Whenever I need narrow strips I just cut them from those strips while still on the release paper and the scissors don't stick at all!! Thanks for the easy-to-do slider card - so adorable and I know the kids will love them! (Heck, I love them!)

This is very timely as I was thinking of a mirror image this a.m. using a very old method of stamping the image on a "shadow" stamp (flat, no image) wood mounted stamp, giving it "huff", then stamping on card stock (I am aging myself!). Your technique is much, much better! This is a very cute card.

I thing to make it easier if you do have the dies is to put your paper on the sticky mat in the same position and stamp off your remaining ink in the original direction. After you color, you can line your die up with this shadow image on the "wrong" side of the paper. Since it's in the same position it's a breeze to cut!

Beautiful cards. 😍 Just a note, I use my gel plate for reverse stamping, it's an option to save purchasing anything new if you already have them. I like the repeated inking to get the image darker 😍🤗
