Jennings State Forest 🌿 Schoolhouse Falls to Cole Overlook

Jennings State Forest is West of Jacksonville in Middleburg.
There are a number of short hikes, but if you string them all together it's over 12 miles.
It's called the Pioneer trail.
There are elevation changes which are rare for Florida.
There are a number of impressive overlooks.
One section that I find most interesting is Schoolhouse Falls to Cole Overlook.
This section includes Duck Pond Fall and Philips Branch.
This section is less than 2 miles, but it is up-and-down a lot of up-and down.
This is a very fun hike. You should get started at the Dunn's farm trail and go from there.
