I can't hate Jinx (Powder) after all I witnessed. She passed through so many hardcore times begining with her childhood loss (both Vander and Vi) till the death of Silco, who was a second father figure for her. Powder deserves happy ending cuz that finale broke my heart for real man

Mad respect for Riot; Sticking with the "real" ending when everyone in todays entertainment industry goes for a happy ending deserves even more praise than the masterpiece that the show is.

@@bernhardstil6128 I like happy endings too, but it also really depends on the circumstances. I hate when stories go out of their way to be edgy by killing off main characters lol. On the other hand, everything in Arcane happened how I feel like it should have happened. Even when characters died, it felt like they were supposed to die at that point. I still feel like the rocket will go straight through the window, then hit the door on the other side before exploding. Leaving the three closest to the window relatively 'safe', though Mel might actually fly out the window like Jinx did in Act 1...

@@Azrael79a I get what you're saying. I would however not characterize the deaths in Arcane as "happened when they were supposed to die" - I think they are the logical consequence of their or others actions. Vander died because he tries to protect VI - and because Powder launched a fucking nuke :D. Silco died because he tried to kill VI and that triggered Jinx' sisterly instincts. It just feels like the death of those characters is not a choice by the writers but rather the logical continuation of the story. I think it is best described by Markus' death. He dies without ever getting the redemption his conflicted charcter would get in other shows. He is presented as a multilayered character but he does not even get a few last words - he dies because he is fatally injured and not because his character needed to die in that situation to further the story. I call it masterful and I am not sure I have ever seen a better show. Everything else is great but for me Arcane did everything just right.
