@DavidMustardFilm now that your flat is renovated, I’m missing the minimalist decor/architecture videos. Ca we get more of that, or maybe even visit artisans studios who create minimalist/modernist furniture/decor

How do you curate your amazing jewelry collection? I’d love to know what criteria you use. Love this video!

Loved this video, with your very personal view of trends and a mix of ideas for furniture, interior design, fashion, vintage etc … And your style is so sophisticated and cool!

Dear Jenny, I would like to suggest a video that I would ABSOLUTELY love you to make! As we are getting closer to the cosy holidays, I would love to watch a video of a fancy, cosy, and luxurious (meaning feeling luxurious, not necessarily being super expensive) way to serve a table, suggestions on vegan meals for the holiday, and vegan charcuterie options. So far, I have seen many wonderful pictures of your winter meals and charcuterie, and I would love to watch a video specifically dedicated to it! Sending lots of love

Every winter I’m rushing myself to get the perfect holiday outfit but this year I was all “f that- I’m going basic” and started investing in good quality staple tshirts and bottoms that I can use multiple times rather than a “just for holidays” stuff

I'm not a statement earring person, on the other hand, small simple stackable earrings in silver or gold are a must! But I have to agree with the boots, steel-toe combat boots are the ones I reach for the most, they're super versatile and comfy.

I've never had my ears pierced, but recently tried on a pair of large, statement clip-ons and WOW I felt like a different person, like who IS she?? So thank you, Jenny, I'm encouraged to search out some vintage clip ons

The only catch about investing in timeless trends is that your weight should stay the same over the years. A baby here and there, menopause changes here and there, gaining and keeping 5 to 10 pounds will make those timeless unwearable. It is of course possible and doable to return to the original weight, I have done it, but having timeless I love are an additional incentive for me.

Yess, let's bring back alterable clothing! I have some hand me down vintage ones that have been altered and re-altered, some for three generations now, so I know it's doable, and that makes me all the more frustrated on things that could be made that way but aren't.

The vintage Lanvin is spectacular on you, with your style. Wow. But good luck finding a mid-century modern teak desk for cheap! In Australia these go for thousands each. Maybe different in Europe.

Doc Martens forever. Been wearing them since 1996. I mean, Docs are varied in comfortability, so I don't know about the pair you are looking for. My earlobes are so small and I already have a scar from them ripping through my one lobe, so I just don't wear any earrings anymore. I definitely can't hold big earrings. If you have large lobes, they will cover them well though. I only use soy or beeswax candles because so many have paraffin which sets off toxins. I love love love candles though. When I did vintage blogging, the skinny belt went with everything for me, almost.

Love those kind of video making us think before buying and even stop us from buying and shop our own wardrobe 😊 I only have one thing to buy this winter and it’s a green linen dress from a sustainable brand “ son de flor” been buying so much dresses from them and I’ve been missing a lovely green dress . The one I chose I can wear all year round since it’s linen and a kind of a darker green leaf but not dark green, a good in between. I don’t like skinny belt on me but I do have a big chunky black one with an antique simple silver buckle and it is a vintage Saint Laurent I was gift when I worked there 🤭

I absolutely L❤VED my Docs! Bought them when I went backpacking through Europe in the 90’s. I missed my flight home to Canada just to buy them 🤣. Those things lasted about 12 years and went to hell and back with me. Sadly I had to let them go. Now I have a pair of Vagabond “Tara” chelsea boots. They are platform and I could TOTALLY see you in them! They are Super comfortable and now that I am older I appreciate just being able to pull on a pair of boots and not deal with laces. I love clomping around in them!

Belts are one of the easiest items to thrift. The choice is endless and they are so cheap!
@Didi-m9b3 сағат бұрын
from experience I totally do not recommend vegan belts, they will not last more than a month! the friction of the belt under the buckle just cuts the belt in no time, or the fold of the belt around a hoop as buckle- same...
