Properties of a B-tree of order 5: A node can have a maximum of 4 keys and 5 children. A node must have at least ⌈m/2⌉ - 1 = 2 keys (except the root which can have fewer). Nodes split when they exceed the maximum key count. Step-by-Step Insertion: 1. Insert values sequentially from 1 to 20. The tree adjusts by splitting nodes when needed. Final B-tree Structure: → [9] → [3, 6], [12, 15], [18] → [1, 2], [4, 5], [7, 8], [10, 11], [13, 14], [16, 17], [19, 20]
