They don’t eat as much regularly. Sm keeps all their idols in a diet check out exo vlogs or red velvet videos they mention their diets where some have done crash dieting quick fixes or eat only low calorie diet food. Then during vacation or after promotions and comeback they are allowed to eat whatever but then once again go back to dieting once they have another comeback com8 g soon. Pretty sure most if not all idols do this.
