ed pickell if Archi was still with Vancouver they’d be set. I live in Utica and watching him since our team became a team in the 2013-14 season he was a plug. He was honestly very feared back then in the AHL. Nobody wanted to go with him due to how fast he could throw punches and with a lot of power. The hits back then from him were the best to. I still remember when Albany Devils were a team and he hit one of the Devils into the boards and the whole arena was silent and the boards all of them wouldn’t stop shaking. No one went after him and he even challenged the bench. Sadly the last couple years after his injury he kinda left his more physical side and became a decent goal scorer. Sad case but injuries forced him to change.

I am amazed at how often I find myself feeling little sympathy for the guy that gets run into the boards from behind. Obviously I don't want them to get hurt but god dammit if they aren't putting themselves in terrible positions. Its like putting on a blindfold, walking into a busy street and blaming the car that hits you. Do they have some fault... yes. But is the victim blameless... No. Its also interesting that none of these clips are old. Its almost like turning your back to the ice and facing the boards when you have the puck is super dangerous and you shouldn't do it, even if the other person is at fault.

Veasy put himself in that position he turned himself into the boards defensemen are supposed to take the body it's is the forwards job to protect himself and Veasy put himself in that position the leauge has become so soft it's annoying hockey is supposed to be aggressive and this is why fighting should be kept in the game so players can discipline the game I'm so sick of this.
