I would love for him to talk about his experience when he played Tony in West Side Story. At the New Jersey Convention with Jeffrey Dean Morgan Jensen said his baseball coach encouraged him to try out for the Spring musical in his Senior year of high school. He auditioned and got the role of Tony. Jensen's dad, said he sang better than any other guy who was auditioning for Tony. Jensen said it was the first time he had ever sung before in front of anyone and was so nervous. He said the girl that played Maria was Kendra Ware who was a soloist who sang for a choir. She had the voice of an angel according to Jensen. He said she was nervous about the acting and he was nervous about the singing so they helped out each other which was so nice. He said when he sang the solo of "Something's Coming," his whole baseball team and coach were sitting front row and their mouths dropped open in amazement! Oh to have that recording! :) To see a high school Jensen in a popular musical! Swoon! :)

In her defense there is a legitimate photo of Jensen from a yearbook in an actual cheerleading uniform which he explained back in 2020 as the baseball team having traded places with the cheer team for a powder puff game, but it's not a very known about clip so a lot of folks see that picture without the context he gave years after people found said photo. So my bet is that she was discussing that photo without knowing what actually had happened in it.

@@UpsideDown.Bat42 He has actually explained it a few times, and this was a common gimmick at High Schools in the 90’s, so it’s not particularly shocking. I heard the panel, snd this girl definitely was looking for attention. Just silly.

@v.p.7828 That's what I just said? The gimmick is the powder puff game. That's what it's called 😂. Not everyone's been to every panel or watched every panel ever either. I myself thought he was a legitimate cheerleader for a few years up until I looked it up very recently. Hence why I disagree that she was just looking for attention as you say.
