Being unable to save that because something comes up. I had to replace my back door, might need to buy a tire, or pay for appliance repair. So at the end of the month I’m broke. The end of September I had $1.17 in my bank account. I am going to retire to Puerto Rico in 2021. Please can you recommend a cheap starter city where my funds won’t be depleted at the end of the month? I am 65 and single and really need to move to a year round warmer climate.
