Hi, I'm 71. I've been dancing for fun and exercise since I was a preschooler and most of that time has been around the house. I like the twist, monkey, swim, a philadephia dance called Bristol Stomp, line dances and cha cha and a few other steps. I attribute my health so far mainly to dancing.
