Bro! Love the content. One suggestion...don't rely on Google Maps as it doesn't know you're in a semi truck! It gives you the best directions based on your input and efficiency. I use Trucker Path as it asked for the dimensions of your equipment for best results. It gives you all the amenities needed for trucking including scales, truck stops and such. Good luck 👍🏽

Nice I don't miss loading or unloading in the rain hauled cars 35 yrs still miss it, I had the same setup you have wondering why you don't you load the whole top first then load the bottom that's the I always did it unless I didn't have any room between the tractor and trailer I guess everyone has there own way stay safe

I drive an easy loader Setup we’re the only way you can get car behind the sleeper on the bottom you have to load it from the upper deck of the trailer so if I loaded the whole top of the truck and trailer I wouldn’t be able to get car behind sleeper! So that’s y it’s done that way! Thank you stay safe as well !

It all depends on the model of the trailer. I believe Cottrell Cx-09 trailers load from the top ramp and connect to the sleeper while CX-11 trailers you can load using the bottom ramps and connect to the sleeper. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages

The trailers are so much smaller lol. Half the load is on the tractor. The loading is hard. But probably the easiest semi truck to drive in the industry.. plus no docks to back in. So 90 back ins are like far and in between. Flatbeds are more difficult

If you didn’t know I am almost 90 feet at all times when I’m fully loaded ! While a flat bed and dryvan/reefer doesn’t even reach 75 usually it’s 72 feet! Me empty is 80 feet plus we sit 6 inches off the ground and go into tight dealerships with abunch of curbs! Extra Long wheel base on the truck this truck is in no way the easiest to drive it takes a professional and a lot more dificult to menuver than flat bed or dry van!

@@JenziG dude I drive a 2000 379 with a Manual 18 speed transmission. My trailer is 53” long. Idc how long you are. 35feet of that isn’t a trailer. You don’t 90 back up. Car hauling is by far one of the easiest. And the only reason they have those car hauling set up peterbuilts is for the long wheel base for weight lol. And to top is off it’s a bumper pull 5th wheel style setup super easy. I don’t knock your skill but it’s cringing when you actually believe your set up is difficult lol. I’ve done both in 7 years and that’s by far way easier. And if you try and apply for a regular reefer,dryvan, or flat bed job your “long car hauling experience” won’t count as years driven.
