Yeah, her technical ability is pretty undeniable for all but the most irrational. It's that talent, plus the way she emotes that really resonates for me. She seems like an amazing combination of strong and kind that has made me a huge fan of her as person, that just amplifies the emotion she can convey with her voice for me personally. Eunji genuinely seems like a great role model for how to treat yourself and others with respect.

What you’re doing here would be akin to someone singling out, e.g., Jung Joon Il’s “Hug Me” (really, more aptly should be translated as “Please Hold Me”) as being emblematic of the dearth of quality writing in Korean song lyrics, when in reality that song’s lyrics are quite exquisitely written. Or citing “Je Suis Malade” as being symbolic of what is wrong with French song lyrics, when, again, the song is so exquisitely written. Point is it’s weird that you would cite this particular song, which is quite well-written, as an exemplar of shit Western lyric writing, when there are thousands upon thousands of Western songs that actually have shit lyrics that would’ve been more appropriately chosen for such critique, as well as millions upon millions of songs all across the world, including in the East, that have equally as shit lyrics. I have no dogs in the race. I have no need to defend this song. It’s just a weird comment to make, when you cite a well-written song as an exemplar of what is wrong with the songs of a hemisphere. If in fact you think this is a lyrically shit song, why do you think that? I’m curious. Again, I’m not married to this song. While I acknowledge Adele’s talent, I have never particularly been a fan. And, until I heard So-Hyang’s cover of this song, I never even regarded it much. Yet, I acknowledge that it is well-written, especially in relation to the bottomless sea of less well-written songs out there. So, what, about the lyrics of this song, causes you to cite it as an example of the shit quality of Western lyrics?

@@Q.Q. this song is just representative of mood and tone of songs, typically western, more specifically english because that's what I grew up on (apart from other languages). Around 2000 their mood and tone changed. I can specify how but its something that if you had gone through similar experiences as me would be apparent to you. The fact that it isnt means no matter how hard I try I wont be able to convey it right. But good thing is at least misunderstanding is cleared.
