I think it's in Knowing Bros when they mentioned it, but anyway, her having that nickname tells you that she doesn't do anything flashy or be extra just to stand out. Guys, she does not have to be a boy to be a good person. Taking care of others is not exclusive to men. In fact, more women take care of others and more men are selfish.
