Being a college sophomore it's impossible to not have a phone, but I use it only in one particular slot of the day. that helps to be regular with both studies & yt! I do not use any other social media except yt which saves time. I probably don't have friends who can distract me to have fun so that again saves my time! kdramas are rewarding in that one slot of the day, if you cross that limit then that'll be a distraction :)

I dont know why I am procrastinating a lot. I'm frustrated, literally I want to complete my task, study and get the work done but after so many failures too I always struck in the process of procrastination and later on regretting for not studying on time. I dont know how i will achieve my goals and get the shit done, but from now I will promise myself that I will work hard and will remove all my distractions.
