I saw that episode on TV, and I wanted Scott Shive to be a repeat champion, after defeating 6-Day Champion: Jim Stevens, who I wasn't a big fan of. Sorry, Jim.

Her name is Shyra Latiolais, a legal secretary from New Orleans, Louisiana. She wore pigtails at the time of her appearances.
