statesidesupercars Hot and Cold are subjective, relative terms, everyone has a different perfect "temperature" where they feel most comfortable. Ask a man from Alaska, he'll say about 65 degrees Farenheit, me being originally from Pakistan, my comfort is about 72 degrees farenheit. Hence 68-70 degrees farenheit is fairly comfortable for all people.

Fahrenheit is 32 degrees is water freezing point and 212 degrees is water boiling point. AM is the instant after 0:00 to the instant before 12:00. PM is the instant after 12:00 to the instant before 0:00

The point is why use Fahrenheit? It's the most outdated system by far. It's so freaking easy with Celsius, you have 0 degrees at which water freezes, and 100 at which it boils. Same for the time. -What time is it there? -It's five o clock. -Am or Pm? JUST WHY? You'd never have to add am or pm if you use 24 hours. Don't even get me started on the freaking inches and foot scales...

I would do absolutely anything to be on a plane with any of these three gits. I would not complain even a speck if I ever hear Clarkson's voice ranting. I will forget the cabin temperature and discomforts knowing the three greatest motoring idiots in the world are onboard with me. That's how much I adore them.

I think its funny because at the airport in Las Vegas that I work at, I'm constantly getting passengers saying how horribly cold it is in the planes. People are showing up in 115 degrees with jumpers on.

Jeremy was right it always hot in the planes I'm flying with. It's rather tricky to fill the whole cabin with cool air I remembered when they mistakenly shut down the power while they the do the ground check the cabin heats up just like a parked car on hot day it was a sweaty mess and not enough air for 20 minutes. The overnight flight was the worst the whole place tried its best to be quiet but failed miserably since the Jet engines and wind noise are terribly loud I can barely fall asleep.

Fuckin annoying. Just drive the car and then subtract half a second off the time to account for the extra 100 lbs his back fat added.

Since they had Ben Collins in the trailer, I assumed they were going to kill off the American by having him drive into the unexploded WWII bomb (mentioned in the first episode). The new track is fine, I don't really care much about it and I'm assuming they're doing the Celebrity brain crash just for a season to stick it to BBC, they've got to run out of celebrities eventually. The scripted stuff is annoying though. Instead of just giving them a direction and saying "Go!" they're basically acting the whole thing out and they're not that good at acting either so you get things like ice cream being gay because it was a scripted joke and Hammond never got to the punchline.

The Grand Tour is finding its feet. The BBC have slapped a lot of regulations of top of it, as is their right to do, and so CHM & Andy Wilman are trying to fine tune to formula. personally, I think the worst thing about TGT is "The American" - which came from Amazon's stipulation that the test driver must be an American. They've made him such an awful and disliked part of the show that Amazon will drop that requirement

I was just thinking about this and decided to give it a search! I'm what you'd call "warm blooded". I can't begin to count how many times I've been sweating on planes. I have to dress very minimally and with layers to survive. I avoid air travel for many reasons, and this is definitely one of them!

What annoys me the most is Richard Hammond saying "we've gone off topic", in an embarrassing/scared manor, at around 1:11, that's after when Clarkson asked the pilot in the audience and May continued the conversation. It seems to me like they have really strict instructions on sticking to the script, so maybe this enforces/verifies our thoughts of the show being too "scripted"? I liked the first season over all, the content wasn't so bad and at times I got this awesome feeling of happiness that all three are together and just took my mind off the 'bad things' about the show, but I hope The Grand Tour listens to us about those 'bad things' (things like the scripted feeling, the weird American's comments, and that celebrity brain crash segment, those are things I just didn't look forward to since episode 2).

I flew from Munich to San Francisco with a stop at London Heathrow, and BOI was that plane cold. I was flying with British Airways, and it was literally 16°C (which is 61° in your stupid system) - when I arrived at the airport after that 10 hour flight, I had to wait for my pee to unfreeze before I could go to the toilet!

@@Septimus_ii I'm a male. The reason it's always hot on planes is because stewards are mostly women....who get hot flashes and call into the cockpit to ask the pilot to raise the cabin temperature. Sometimes they'll be two different stewardesses and they'll be fighting each other over whether to raise or lower temperature, calling back and forth into the cockpit.

Replace both with different celebrity racing driver each week who does the lap in whatever car is being reviewed/lapped.
