thanks for the video! One question, if someone starts a trick with a rocket, do the rest of the players have to continue with rockets if they have rockets in their hands?

The 2-player variant utilizes a dummy player with 7 piles of 2 cards each (one face up card on top of one face down). The commander decides for each trick which face up card will be played by the dummy player. The other player cannot intervene or advise here, it's commander's choice only! As soon as a face up card is played, the face down card below is flipped over and can be used from there on. Sounds like a reasonable mechanism to me but I haven't yet played this variant myself.
