What's so amazing about it? It depends on the contract. White actors tend to take a back end contract which gets them paid little up front then payments for syndication, DVD sales & anything else. Black folk tend to need-need the money right away & take only the up front, one time payment. Over years, living off the upfront money dwindles while the back end contract is still paying
