I appreciate your feeling the pulp/pomace...being dryish.. a good thing....and can't wait for your update... Could you pls zoom in much much closer for us to see the actual juice....with the investments for the nutritional makings...it's quite an expense-with organic foods...I want to see..close up the real deal...before it goes it the strainer...and after....Have watched John Kholer for 30+ yrs....full screen. :) Look foward to your next one. Jeremy I just bought this juicer in white a few days ago. I've used it twice. I have a quick question? Did you notice a mess under the blade area? I was wondering if that was normal? Please let me know your experience. I'll try to add a picture for reference.

There's a little bit of spillage under the blade attachment. That is normal. Basically every part that can be disassembled needs to be cleaned afterwards. The main base has always been clean for me.

Using this scares me. It’s very loud and moves around if not held down. Is that normal?

It is very loud, but it shouldn't move around on its own.

In my experience, this type of juicer (not just the DB version) will move around a little when fruit/veg pieces are little to large or too much is added at a time. I've had 2 other models of this type of juicer and have noticed it before. Maybe try less or smaller pieces of fruit/veg. Hope that helps! Happy juicing! 🙂

I’m not getting that sign. It’s assembled correctly but not starting when I press start. Also when you lift the basket, is the 3 circles that have the silver center? 2 has the silver center other one does not. Idk if that’s the problem.
